Reliable for my work needs
This was my third purchase from Plaud, this time upgrading to the Plaud Pro Plan and getting a new Charging Cable. My previous Plaud Note still works great after a year, but I needed the advanced features. The consistency in their service is why I keep coming back. Transcription Service has improved a lot since my first order, it's more accurate now. Delivery was quick, got here in Pune in 5 days, same as last time. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and reliability.

Good product, minor shipping issue
I ordered the Plaud Note and the Plaud Starter Plan. The device itself is quite handy, and the AI Voice to Text works surprisingly well for my meetings. Paid 10% less with a bundle deal, which was good. However, shipping took 8 days to reach Mumbai, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.
